For several years a good friend of mine, Pastor Stephen Boreland, has held prayer meetings for the first week of the year in the churches he has served in. For the last few years it is something I have tried to do.
Tonight five of us met to have a time of prayer, bringing before the Lord the year ahead and matters currently on our hearts. All this week at 7:30pm we will meet this way, every one is invited.
We want to start the year as we mean to continue, by looking to the Lord.
